This week we discuss how and why to take notes, and it’s not just for class. Taking notes is important for anything you need to remember. From class lectures to office meetings, taking notes is critical for storing information and being able to recall it when the time comes. There are several methods for note taking such as The Cornell Method, The Outlining Method, or the Mapping Method. Pen and paper, according to those participating in the chat, are still the preferred tools for note taking, but the advent of apps such as Evernote have become increasingly useful.
