The CV (curriculum vitae) or “course of life” is quite possibly the most important document that many professionals will create and use. Interestingly, when I searched for CV advice online, I found that private recruiters and others (who aren’t on hiring committees and rarely place academics into work) dominate much of the information that appears on the first many pages of Google searching. Get information from medical and academic folks in the hiring and job search process and see what they say.
