One of my favorite days of the year is Friday the 13th because it has been imbued with the aura of bad luck, bad people, and things that are just all around bad. My dad would always say, “If it weren’t for bad luck, I’ve have no luck at all.” The number 13 is so intertwined with these sentiments that rock n roll icons such as Glen Danzig & Johnny Cash made it part of their persona’s. Add to that the millions of rock n roller’s across the world who use this day to get inked up with their favorite “Lucky 13” design or even an image of the Jason mask from the classic 80s horror movie and you have the makings for one fun day. To celebrate this day, Scorpion Studios in Houston’s Montrose is offering Friday the 13th Tattoos starting at $30.
